Welcome to RoomRush. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RoomRush website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Muhammad Shehroz Sajjad Digital Services (“we,” “us,” or “our“).

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

RoomRush Accounts
You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
Free Trial
We offer a 2-day free trial for new users to evaluate the Services. You will not be charged during the free trial period. Upon expiry of the free trial, your paid subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled prior to the expiry date.
Subscriptions
RoomRush offers subscription services. By subscribing to our Services following the free trial period, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day your paid subscription begins and will cover the use of that service for the period as indicated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your RoomRush subscription at any time. You can cancel during the free trial to avoid any charges. If you cancel after your paid subscription has begun, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the service until then. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy
No Refunds After Free Trial: We offer a 2-day free trial so you can evaluate our Services before committing to a paid subscription. Because the free trial provides ample opportunity to determine if the Service meets your needs, **we generally do not offer refunds once your paid subscription has started after the free trial period expires.**
By starting a paid subscription after the free trial, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you believe there are exceptional circumstances or billing errors, please contact our support team at support@roomrush.de to discuss the situation. However, this does not guarantee a refund.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.
Changes to the Services
We may modify the Services or discontinue their availability at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. We recommend you review the Terms periodically for any changes.
